Minor bug fixes and adjustments

Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug where players could be knifed through doors and thin walls. Now players can only be knifed through a window.
Minor adjustments:
The Thompson SMG has been buffed, with a higher fire rate. Also minor adjustments were made to both the server and client GUIs.
