Custom images in maps and muzzle flash changes

Custom images in maps:
You can now add custom images to your maps. These are of unlimited size, however this feature still needs to be optimized, as at the moment the images are sent every respawn.
Muzzle flash changes:
The muzzle flash has been improved, firing in a particular direction rather than a circle.
